International Airport Henri Coanda [3] (IATA: OTP, ICAO: LROP) is the largest airport in Romania and one of the two major airports in Bucharest (the other is Bucharest Baneasa International Airport – Aurel Vlaicu in Baneasa neighborhood). Henri Coanda Airport is located outside the urban area of Bucharest, in the city of Otopeni, Ilfov County. In 2015, Henri Coanda Airport transited 9.274.629 passengers.
The name of the airport was changed in May 2004, until then he was called Otopeni International Airport.
